Can I be pregnant?

Hello,
I have on time periods every month. I always get them on the 20th and they last about 4 to 5 days. This month dec. 20th 2011, I got my period and it was pretty light on Christmas so I would say about the 26 my period ended. I had unprotected sex on the 27th, my partner did not *** in me... He kept stopping to check if he cam inside me with pre *** ... But nothing . I don't know if it is in my head but I have the urge to pee a lot. And i feel fullness, and when i go use the bathroom to pee after i pee i still feel theres more in my bladder... I also have a tiny discomfort here and there but nothif serious where to the point i cant handle it. Its about just an "ow what was that?" feeling and it goes away in about a second then im fine. But I have also been battling uti's for a couple of months now . My uti's will come and go and it seems as if everytime I have sex, my uti comes back .

An I mistaking these symptoms to a leading uti? Or am I pregnant?

Please help!

Yes, it's too early to test and it's also too early to have pregnancy symptoms. For them to occur you would have first had to been ovulating (and with a 30-31 day cycle you wouldn't ovulate that early) and had implantation. This doesn't happen in 3 days. It sounds like it's due to a UTI. HOWEVER, unless you are both trying to get pregnant you're both being extremely foolish. He won't find pre-ejaculation in you, and he won't feel if it's secreted. Unless you want a child, you need to start using actual protection. The withdrawal method is NOT birth and you will end up pregnant.
