Can it be pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,

I had an ultrasound done three days prior to my periods due to pain in my right side of abdomen which turned out to be kidneys. The results were presence of mild fluid in cul de sac and adnexa and also a presence of small cyst which my doctor predicted to be corpus luteum.

What is the possibility? I am pregnant? The pain isn't that but it is constantly towards right side.

I had no idea about that as I am new here. If it is that offensive then I don't want your response!
