UPDATE: I'd like to update my question. So I just started bleeding. But how can I differentiate this from spotting? The colour is sometimes different, sometimes it's very less blood and it usually ends soon but these are signs of spotting as far as internet tells us. But this I've had before even when I wasn't pregnant. So how can I be sure it's periods. Also, It's been around 23 days since my last period.
