First time

Hi.I just got of my period on the 13 and on the 21 after intercourse I notice pink spotting  and I had cramps to the point that I couldn't lay down I had to stand up straight I only have this pink blood only when I wipe myself it ended the next day this never happen to me before but a few days later my breast started to get tender and no I'm not on the pill or anything and I don't use protection .please help could I be pregnant

Hormonal shifts. It could happen and it's only now that you're actually focusing on it. When women try to get pregnant they focus a lot more on what they assume are pregnancy symptoms and exemplify them. It's best to ignore them all, because they don't really mean or tell much.

I understand the spotting but why are my breast tender a few days after they always start a week before my period not a week after.

Yes I'm trying to conceive and yes my husband always *** in me and no the 21 wasn't the only time we had sex we had sex on the 13 and two days before the 21

It's always possible when you have sex that you could become pregnant. Are you trying to conceive? If the only time you had sex after your period was on the 21st, the spotting isn't due to pregnancy. Probably irritation. It's also quite uncommon for symptoms to occur after a few days. Implantation generally occurs 7-14 days after ovulation and you usually ovulate 2 weeks before your next period and until implantation occurs anything you feel isn't pregnancy but due to something else. (This is just because the hormones aren't released until implantation so there's nothing there to make you feel pregnant) Wait two weeks, or until your next period is due, and take a pregnancy test with first morning urine.
