Should I be worried about dry sex?

About a week and a half ago, my boyfriend and I had dry sex. He finished and there was a lot. Previously, he didn't do anything a week prior so it seriously was a lot. He was wearing his boxers plus jeans and I was in my underwear. So, three total layers. I've been extremely anxious of all possibilities. I know that can throw off my cycle on its own. I've been having panic attacks and I slept 2-3 hours last night. I've read many things about how sperm can't travel through one layer of clothing, but I had 3. I'm beyond freaked.
