make up symptoms

Does anyone else have miscarriage thoughts, and think things are happening that are not?
I am 4 weeks  and I keep feeling like I have cramps, and keep feeling like I'm bleeding, I'm not.
I'm nervous and scared, and think something must be wrong.

So don't worry about something you can't control, just worry about what you can control, like being healthy and staying positive :) (pressed post accidentally, oops)

I think we've all been there, and still go there. It's so hard to just sit there and do 'nothing' while baby grows. I think the thing is that so many things can go wrong, and that makes us worried. But stress is not a good thing, so try not to focus on the bad, but focus on the good. For example, for me, if I start to feel down, I look at my nails. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I used to be a chronic  nail biter. I was a wrestler growing up so I could never have long nails, and when I got pregnant, but before I found out I was pregnant, I just stopped. Out of the blue. And now I have amazing nails (thank you hormones!) They are ten times stronger then before and 100% longer then they have ever been. I get compliments on them all the time at work, which helps give me a little ego boost. Ah I'm rambling I'm off topic sorry. Just try to focus on ths positive, you created life! Now it's up to this life to thrive and you can help as much as you can, but there is only so much you can do.
