HELP!! Ectopic Pregnancy??

Hi everyone, I am worried about a possible ectopic pregnancy, but I don't know if my mind is just getting the best of me!  My LMP was May 2nd, I ovulated on the 13-14th, and started spotting on the 18th.  The spotting has continued (I originally thought it was just implantation bleeding), and I am also having back pain, cramping, bloating, and tender breasts.  The spotting began as very light brown for a few days, then I had a few days of dark red/brown spots, then now I have brown spotting but it is not as much.  When my husband and I have sex, (sorry for the TMI) there is always bright red bleeding during/after.  My HPT on May 24th was very faint positive, on the 25th it was darker, and today it was much darker, so my HCG is obviously increasing. What does everyone think?  I am very nervous- I don't remember being this uncomfortable with my first two pregnancies before I have even missed my period!!

Here is an update:  I saw an OBGYN today! She checked my cervix and that was closed and everything looked okay from the inside.  My ultrasound did not show a pregnancy which doesn't surprise me since you usually can't see anything at 4 weeks but at least there weren't any other abnormalities.  My HCG quantitative was 99 which apparently is consistent with very early pregnancy, so I am rechecking that on Friday and Monday and depending on what those numbers show I will repeat an ultrasound in 2 weeks.  She sounded positive, but I still need to report additional symptoms to her because an ectopic can't be completely ruled out yet, but I am hopeful!!!  Today I have minimal cramping, no backache, and no spotting at all when they did the transvaginal US!!!   Does 99 sound pretty normal for 4 weeks????  I so hope everything turns out okay!

I too had an etopic pregnancy in Jan. but the spotting was bright red. I pray all will be ok with you and your baby. Going to the dr early is the safest way to catch it. But i feel that yoyr baby is just fine.

I went at 5 weeks because I was feeling so weird, but my lil sea monkey is there in perfect position :)

Oh thank you that makes me feel better- I probably should go in and get checked out to ease my mind I suppose, I so hope my baby is growing in the right place!!

I've been the same way this is my third pregnancy and I'm so uncomfortable but the baby is where its supposed to be
