Sleeping

I am 19 weeks today and I've been told that sleeping on your back is bad for the baby. Whenever I'm on my side, most of the time it either feels weird or hurts a little. When I'm laying on my back it feels better. Is this hurting the baby and/or does anyone have any advice?

You'll feel pain if you are laying wrong. Your body will send out stress signals if you are harming your baby. I feel like I can't breath and cramp when I try to lay on my back.

I'm wondering also. My back is pretty much the only comfortable position for sleep.
