I did 1 a day and got severely constipated than switched to prenatal gummies but didn't know they didn't have iron so i was told to take iron n once again i was severely constipated so now i take ones from my drs office. They're Kaiser's prenatals and constipation gone!! Yay

I started with One a Day. Then at my first doctor appointment I got tons of sample of the stronger stuffs. Took those until I finally got gross out which is a few month later and switch to the gummies kind. As long as they have DHA in it it's all good. It all depend on how you body handle each brands.

in the UK I have only ever been prescribed folic acid with both pregnancies (currently 8weeks5days with bubs number 2 and half a 11 month old daughter) I've heard as long as you are eating healthy the baby is getting nutrients from your food, just needs the folic acid in tablets to prevent spina bifida and other defects. :) ask you're doc if you want to find out .xx

I'm sure you'll get a lot of recommendations but I did a lot of research and reading of labels and finally settled on Brainstrong prenatals with DHA. It just seemed to have the highest level of all the important stuff, plus DHA which is good for growing those little brain cells. :)
