25 week appointment
What should I expect at my 25 week appointment? I have a huge list of questions and symptoms to share with my doctor lol! I'm nervous because I'm meeting a new doctor, there are 4 at my drs office and they rotate patients because they don't know who will be on call when you deliver. He's also a male, and I am a little bit uncomfortable with that I had a bad experience with a male gynecologist when I was younger and I know I want him to check if im dialated at all because of some of the symptoms im having. So this is going to be a little awkward for me today.
I feel youre discouragement with a male gynecologist. If you feel off then leave immediately. Also, unless you are leaking water or are having contractions that are at all timeable I highly doubt they will check you for dilation, but it doesnt hurt to ask I guess. It should be just a normal check up for you. Blood pressure, weight, measure your belly. If you could wait til your appointment to ask about the symptoms id think its safe to say baby will not be here any time soon, so hopefully that comforts you. Good luck momma just relax and enjoy pregnancy :). The mass majority are normal with no extreme bumps or mishaps. Most is built up in our heads.
