Rest as much as poss.....start taking prenantal vitamins now thats what i did go to walmart they are very important at this stage diet wise just eat what u want i did and im currently the mother of a very smart healthy two year old and 31weeks preg with my second.....just dont over do ot on the cold cut meats and i would cut fish out until u talk to the doc........
Just drink lots of water n don't stress the only change on diet I did was cut out packaged salad n went to actual lettuce head but don't stress or try not to stress n think bout miscarrying just enjoy being pregnant n remember just cuz u don't have pregnancy symptoms doesn't mean anything some ppl get them some ppl don't everyone is different CONGRATULATIONS HUN!!!
