Painful sex

i have been having braxton hicks contractions for about two weeks now, and tonight i was feeling very cramped and having a ton of pressure, over the last few weeks we would have sex when that happened because a friend told us it would help calm and relax the muscles that were most likely the root of the problem, however a few minutes into the sex i because very very open down there and my husband said it felt like water pouring down over him(sorry for the details) and not a creamy or egg white like substance but like water, and i was in so much pain, we stopped right away and then the pressure and the contractions became insanely intense, almost had me in tears, now with extreme back pain i've been sitting in the bath for over an hour trying to get the pain to go away, does anyone have any ideas as to why this may have happened and weather i should risk waiting until my appointment this coming thursday to see a doctor, i feel like it may have been fluid from the amniotic sac and and worried that it's leaking, but my water hasn't broken(i don't think, however this is my first pregnancy and have no idea what to expect)

Uh.. Sounds like you are going into labor.
Get to a hospital ASAP

You should call your nurse hotline and tell them what happened they might or might not tell you to go to the Er.. Thats my advice. Good luck!
