Anyone!?
Has anyone found yourself when brushing your teeth start throwing up when brushing your tongue ? I usually have no problem but now that I'm pregnant I find it a struggle to not throw up when I start brushing my tongue...
Phew! Thank goodness I'm not the only one! It deff does suck maybe I will try to think of happy places or play music next time lol
I changed my toothpaste and went to a child's toothbrush. I also lean over the sink to make sure no toothpaste gets near the back of my tongue. I didn't even get to brush my tongue before puking...just my gag reflex was so bad!
Yes every day with my first. I played music and listened to the lyrics to distract myself lol helps a lot for me
Yup that's the only time I've ever thrown up it only happened like 7 times but it sucked.
