What can help with this ? Im getting it really bad :/ even when i try elavating my upper body its still pretty bad :/

Its this feeling in your throat like your going to puke but you dont , its in your throat though not your stomach its weird annoying and when you burpit could turn into puke at any moment or it just tastes nasty :/ its horrible .
