Advice... Baby boy

So today I had an appointment with my dr and she was explaining our options to circumsize our little boy when he arrives. (we are most deffinatly getting it done 100%) She said we have two options 1: being in the hospital after he's born and 2: being two or so weeks later at the pediatricians office. I don't know which we should choose. It's $275 to get it done and she says the hospital charges an additional fee on top of that. I am just really nervous about waiting 2 weeks. Won't that make it more painful for my little man? What option would you ladies choose?? The money doesn't matter in y decision I just can't decide which is better!!

I just wouldn't get it done. But it's a personal choice.

Oh my gosh I just talked to my boyfriend (baby's father) and he says he wants to wait the two weeks but it seems like everyone thinks the hospital is better has anyone waited the two weeks? Is it different in the hospital compared to the doctors office?

I saw something on here a couple more this ago about how they got it done a few weeks later and everytime she played her baby on his back he would freak out and cry cause of the procedure

I'm doing it at the hospital b/c 2 weeks later it should be close to being 100% healed. And I just don't want to put it off lol.

I personally am so glad my son was done right in the hospital, it gets it done and out of the way, 2 weeks in you're just going to be wanting to be adjusting to his schedule as far as sleep.. adding a stresser 2 weeks in when you're already on lack of sleep will be hard. I would rather do it and get it out of the way, so when it's done it's done and you can relax and enjoy him, not have anxiety for two weeks waiting for it.
