Advice.. Newborn

Okay so my son was 7.2 whenbhecwas born Friday April 12th by the time we were discharged on Sunday he was down to 6.5 so whenbtobiur first apt the next day on Monday he was 6.6 then went back that Friday he was 1 week and they said 6.10... We went to a different fix for circumcision that first Wednesday we got out so this past Tuesday we went into that dr to have it checked in everything was good but when they weighed him they said 6.5... So yesterday we went back to our pediatrition because I was worried how he lost again nd he was 6.4 at 2 weeks old... Dr said he's not worried cuz everything else is perfect with him.. No jaundice he pees nd poops he sleeps well he's alert when he's awake.. Has ne one else experienced this? When I look at his pics from the hospital you can see a huge difference in his face.. He looks healthy now just he was significantly chubbier only 2 weeks ago,.. Just kinda worried but not at the same time cuz everything else is perfect.. One more question I just noticed he has white on the roof of his mouth near where his molars would be but it's like solid white not chunky looking so idk if this is thrush??

I think if i remember correctly thrush is just like a yiest infection but in the babys mouth so they that it with a prescription a lot like a woman would treat a yiest infection with me it was this orange medicine that i had to rub around inside my daughters mouth and within a day or two it started going away but that was along time ago my daughter is 8 and a half and my son never had it but i do remember you rub the medicine around his mouth and it was orange i don't know what it was called though sorry :( good luck with your little guy I'm sure everything will be just fine and trust me once he starts putting on weight it's gonna happenso fast your really gonna want him to go back to how big he is now or actually how little he is now lol they change so so so fast and all you'll want from here on out is for him to be little again it's quite sad really I've been wanting another baby since he was a year old and we have been really trying for this one since September of last year after i stopped bc in February if last year and i just can't wait to get my baby in my arms and watch him or her grow up to become their own little person it really is a miracle to get to watch that! Let alone be a part of it and it's really rough sometimes but totally worth it in the long run! Good luck!

First answer it is totally normal for your newborns weight to fluctuate like that and your doctor was right everything else us good so you have no reason to worry as long as he's eating good like every 2to3 hours and not spitting up like more than half of his milk than you shouldn't worry about it like i said it is totally normal for a newborns weightto fluctuate 2nd answer yeah that totally sounds like it could be thrush if it is it kinda looks like he had bits of formula or milk stuck to the roof of his mouth or on his tongue don't worry it won't hurt him right now especially if it's only a few little pieces right now but if it is thrush more than likely it's gonna get a little worse by Monday so if it gets worse make him an appt Monday morning and they will give you medicine to swish around his mouth a few times a day and that will also give you another chance to check his weight keep recording it though cuz if he does start losing a significant amount you'll want to know how it's been changing so you know what you're talking about when u talk to your dr and just in case you are sent to another doctor you have his weight changes on paper to refer to when you see them cuz they might just look at what he weighed when he was born and what he weighs now instead of going through and looking at what his weight was at each separate appt and what his age was too sorry this is so long! All of my posts are like this! I have so much info to put down and don't want to miss anything or put it in a wrong way! Good luck with your bundle of joy it won't be like this for long my little man is almost 5 :'(
