Almighty leg pain

Okay, I'm just wondering,  im 37 weeks, can labour contractions start in the top of a leg? Because when I woke up, I had a really uncomfortable and achey painful feeling in the top of my right thigh, like idk it just hurts! Lol. It went after about a minute,  but half hour later, its come back, and now my right hip is doimg the same along with my leg. It feels likes its spreading onto my lower back slightly also. I just dont have a clue wtf is going on.

Thanks for the advice! I think I will be calling the doctor tbh, still getting some pain but its just staying in my right leg and hip and its not really getting stronger or more regular or anything

Ouch! with my first I felt my hips spreading and it hurt! This time I've been getting stabbing pain at the top of my inner thigh and it hurts so bad! Call doctor to make sure :)
