Labor!
I'm 36 weeks pregnant with a little girl, and I'm a first time mommy. I'm already dilated 2cm and 25% effaced. My doctor thinks my due date is wrong and baby will be here sooner. Any tips on helping speed up labor?! Btw sex is not an option as my fiancé is deployed overseas :(
He won't be home for another 5-6 months and that will be his first time meeting her :(
Walking, exercise ball, pineapple, spicy foods there's a ton of things you can do!! You can google it
