any answers please

Hi ladies. i am 13w4d. i was at work talking to my manager and all of a sudden i felt out of breath like i just got done running and everything went black. i didnt feel dizzy just more that my body was gonna give out. I went to the emergency from work because it got so bad and the doctor was worried about blood cots but my blood work was fine. so he didnt check anything else and sent me home. for the past week even if im walking i get extremely out of breath i cany even hold a conversation. i am not overweight or havent gained any since being pregnany and haveny experienced this except for the past week.
any idea what could be wrong or has anyone experienced this?

Definitely make ur follow up. The er dr might just be general practice, ur OB specializes in these kind of things.  Probably has heard and seen this 100s of times. Let us know your update and that everything is ok! In the meantime relax so your not too stressed.

I know its common to be out of breath later on in pregnancy from all the weight gain but its super extreme. they didnt check my iron or anything they were just afraid a blood clot so that was the main focus. They advised me to make a follow up appt so im definitely gonna do it. thanks ladies

Thats scary. Are u taking your prenatals? Im guessing the er dr checked ur iron levels right? Being anemic can cause black outs. Are you eating enough and staying hydrated?? My advice is to schedule an apt with ur OB so they can cover anything the er dr didn't. My dr has always said its ok to feel faint, or out of breathe, or dizzy,  but if your so out of breath you can't hold a conversation or actually faint or black out it could mean something is wrong. It might just be your body reacting to all the hormonal changes but better safe than sorry. Discuss this with your dr. I hope everything turns out good.
