labor story!!! <3

No epidural. 12hr labor. 9 just contactions and the last three were pushing. so the rns gave me cervidil. the first cervidil didnt work. the nurse probably didnt put it up enough. so the second nurse did and i guess placed it right on top of his head. but that one worked a little too good. my childs heartrate jumped from its normal 140 all the way to 180. a little more happened here but i made another post about that experience ;p so they hurried and pulled the cervidil out and gave me a membrane sweep. a little after that they just made my body do its natural thing i went from 1 centimeter dialated and 40% effaced to 2 centimeters and 90% effaced within two hours. then a new midwife came and said okay we will break ur water. and from then those contractions came pouring in. i was doing so terrible at just the cervix checks the rn was setting up the epidural before i could even ask for it. but my fiances great grandma and mother were great coaches at making sure i wont have it. but maybe after two hours i needed something so they gave me an iv of meds that helped because instead of feeling straight pain it was like contraction then my body would completely relax almost enough to go to sleep, but i would wake up w. the next contraction. but it wasnt so hard on my body. then finally i was 9 centimeters dialated not too long after the nurses were telling me to push. this is when i kind of regret the meds because after ten hours i was so pooped out. and i shouldve taken a lamazz class because my pushes were effective but not that much i was lazy and my contractions began spacing out from every 1-2 mins it was like 4-5 that wasnt good. but after three positions i back, side, squatting, and back again. i finally pushed out my baby boy. 7 pds 14 ounces and perfect. i love the whole experience. at first i was saying i wouldnt do it again lol. but my family seems so complete and awesome i sure would :) any questions u could ask <3

the contractions is labor but its just much diff than braxton hicks, u can feel the baby and ur body pushing him out.. every contraction u want to pee and push like u have to poop feeling like "get him out!!" lol but u dont want to pish before 9 cms because than u can tear or rupture your cervix..
