He is only two....., my son is two and he does the same thing. He is fully aware that his baby sister lives there and that he could hurt mommy or baby, but he still doesn't understand it. He pushes down on my stomach trying to play with the baby, or he head butts me to try and kiss her. And no matter how many times you say it hurts, he still wants to touch her.
The only true answer is to guard yourself. Continue to say if something he does hurts you, and offer him to rub or hug. Reality is, he is only two.

I think the kids are acting that way out of jealousy knowing that theres another baby on the way. You may want to explain somehow thay baby is not taking his or her place

My son does the same thing. I feel bad getting angry at him since he's usually just trying to play. I try to keep lots of stuffed animals around for him to wrestle with instead of me. Sometimes it works.

My sisters daughter used to head bang on my sisters pregnant stomach. So she used to explain to her that there is a baby.and she might hurt him. And then she asked her to head bang a pillow on the bed.just to let her aggressiveness out. Hope this helps.
