Baby boys

My baby boy is a week old now when I clean him do I need to pull his extra skin down and clean or no?

You DO NOT pull back the skin... Please look it up before you do that..You might cause unnecessary pain.

yes if he isnt circumsised then pull the skin back to clean it

NOOOO. You do not pull back the foreskin. You simply clean the outside. If your unsure google it.

I would say yes. The first half of nursing school they taught us that for old people especially for uncircumcised and also pull it back forward when your done. There's bacteria that grows down there. I got my son circumcised and it was a lot easier for me.

If it is healed then yes. It may still be tender from circumcision though. I wiped the outside with alcohol wipe or Qtip soaked with alcohol. The first couple weeks are important to keep it very dry and clean. It'll be ok tho, you got this! =) I bet you are so happy that he's finally here!
