Whaat kind of prenatal vitamins are the best .
I like the ones in a gel capsule, they absorb faster. I switched to a hard pill for awhile and noticed my hair and nails stopped growing after a few weeks. When I looked it up it said gel capsules dissolve faster and you get more of the nutrients :)
Any prenatal vitamin that doesn't make you sick, that has folic acid & DHA are the best ones:)
