Bars and Dancing

So tonight I went out for the first time since I got pregnant ( 21 weeks ago ) with a few of my girlfriends.

We chose my favorite country bar and I danced and sang from 10pm till 2am. I stayed away from smoke and never had a lick of alcohol just free pop and water all night.

I'm just wondering, was that terrible for my baby? What if the music was too loud? What if shaking my *** on the dance floor all night shook its brains up? Oh my god I'm so worried all of a sudden. I sound ... Paranoid.

Was dancing and listening to loud music harmful to my baby?

At 16 weeks I would of never of been able to go out. Those early weeks are so tiring! That's why at 21 weeks I've never felt better so I took advantage lol

I was wondering the same thing, we love going out, but since I fell preggers hubby only goes out if it involves his dart league and I never go out, (small Towns result in tons of sh!t talk the next day) but maybe if it won't hurt baby I could get out and enjoy the night life a little :-)  bit not until i'm off bed rest of course lol

No your baby is fine - probably loved the rush of endorphins :-) I know someone who danced at clubs 3 nights a week right up to the evening she gave birth at 39 weeks :-) goodness knows how I'm getting tired just thinking about it!!
