Braxton Hicks?

I've had 3 since i got in the shower..is it normal to get so many in the shower? The water was warm not hot

I had braxton hicks for weeks before I went into labor and there was points I had them every 3 minutes for hours on end..trust me when I say you'll know when its the real deal..ita a whole other world

Well my Joseph is ok..they had the monitors on me for a while and he kept kicking them lol. But they checked my cervix and no dialation so they sent me home..

You can have a few and it be normal.  As long as there was no pain with them and they didn't come in a pattern.  Try laying on your left side and drinking a full glass of water.. that is suppose to help.  If it happens again today though, you should call L&D and just tell them and ask what they think.. it's better to be safe then sorry.  I am sure you'r okay though!
