I just found out on Monday, today I'm 5 weeks 4 days. And this is my first pregnancy. Just wondering if there's any reason to be taking more than just the prenatal vitamin every day? Thanks in advance :)
Id get calcium pills too, unless you drink 4 glasses of milk a day.
Oh I've never been one for gummy things so I didn't know that. But yea just go by the bottle. Lol
They should tell u on the vitamins you buy how many to take. I take the gummies and it says take 2
Unless your dr tells you to just take one prenatal a day after you have eaten and you'll be fine.
