Feelin lonely

Has anyone else had to deal with their husband being gone for a little while during their pregnancy? My husband had to leave for 2 weeks for some training and has only been gone a couple days but since I cannot talk to him at night I am getting very lonely and cannot sleep because he isn't here. I just wanted some advice on what might help. I'm also nearing the end of my pregnancy 33w+3.

Haha I've actually started doing that! I have a friend that taught me to crochet and I've been trying to make a giraffe hat. Hopefully it turns out right

My hubby was deployed during a lot of my first pregnancy. He met our son at 8 weeks old. He then deployed again for 8 months when our son was 9 months old. I just tried staying busy and I slept a lot while I was preggo.

My boyfriend has been gone most the pregnancy, he works out of town, gone for 2 weeks than home for 1 week. We don't get to talk all that often either. I just spend time with friends and family, sometimes to myself. But usually read, go for walks or find something to do.

My boyfriend leaves for work at 230pm and doesn't get home until 3-4am.. will sleep until 1130-12. I only get about 2 hrs a day with him and that for me isnt enough. I hate not being able to have a sit down dinner with my family. My 3 year old keeps me company tho.  I just know it will be hard next month when new baby comes.

Just keep busy! Find things for you to do to keep your mind off being lonely. Its hard, and it *****. But remember, distance makes the heart grow fonder

Yes. My husband deployed right after I found out I was pregnant, and he returned about a week before I gave birth.
