Heatherc24, this is my first time being pregnant as well, and was just wondering because I woke up and think I experienced one, very painful made my entire tummy tighten for what seemed like forever couldn't breath and it brought tears to my eyes because of the pain, it was either that or a pulled muscle according to someone... only had it that one time, but it left me sore for the rest of the day :/

This is my first time being pregnant so I think from what ive been experiencing is that they feel like ur whole tummy gets tight and hard and it feels kind of uncomfortable.  Sometimes it feels like period cramps. Sometines it hurts a little. Only lasts about a minute or less and then goes away. And then ill get another one a few minutes or a half hour later. Very sporadic.  If I deink a glass of water it usually takes it away.
