@Sandy: LoL....you always make me smile. At least she pokes around but seems like she cares : )
Thanks ladies, I wanted to share because I found I relaxing and thought you all might enjoy how cheap but efficient it can be. I also thought about making more for baby showers for expecting mothers.
Sat in the sun at my patio table with some music going, an ice cold bottle of water and my craft stuff. It was quite humbling.
I also did another project where I took cards from my small shower at work, and an old picture frame, cut out a few cute sayings from magazines and made a collage for baby's wall. Plus it seconds as a keep sake : )
Super cute def gonna.do it!!
Wow! Those are so stinking cute!!! My mil if awesome at these kinds of things i bet she'd live to help with them! Yes Gordon you know i hate her but i still hasn't to be nice lol i had to take her to my u/s yesterday and i hated every single minute of it but she has only gone to my u/s none of her other sons wifes and she's got two kids too and I've listened to her kinda whine about not being able to go anyways this is an awesome idea and i really want to try it since after she grows up a little bit she'll be sharing a room with my daughter we do have an extra room but it's downstairs so they will be sharing her huge closet thanks for the amazing idea!
They also had plain onesies, little hoodies and toddler shirts so you can do iron on designs or pretty much whatever you want. Along with plain sweat pants in all sizes to mix and match. ALL SUPER CHEAP....I will be going back for things of that nature in a few weeks.
Thanks....I love being frugal : ) I'm not the most creative person but this was so simple and fun! I recommend little things like this for baby décor for fun or if money is tight. Puts personal twist on things : )
Aaaww..sounds adorable. Ther are some really neat ideas on pintrest that are cost effective! I may have to give this one a try! :)
