Yes I know exactly what  you are going through. I feel like that almost all the time, mostly with my baby daddy because he doesn't understand how I feel, or why I'm soooo moody all the time, we just end up getting in a yelling match whenever i get bitchy or 'irrational', and or him really pissed at me. It literally brings me to my knees with sadness, that he can't understand, even though I've explained it to him several times.and I mean, I realise that men won't ever be able to understand what were going through, but cant they at least be understandING?

At times I do even though I know I'm not really alone.I have anxiety/depression issues any way then add my hormones and I can have a pity party like no ones business. Find someone to talk to, be open to seeking out the positive. If it continues or becomes worse then talk to your dr. It can be weird a 1st but they don't judge and its for the health of your baby. Most importantly if you have any faith or religious belief then lean on it and pray.
