Constantly pissin myself
So, I have this bad cough for whatever reason. I really don't know why I have it I hope it leaves soon. But every time I cough I **** myself. It's so embarrassing. I have to wear pads all the time now. The most embarrassing thing happened yest when my husband and I were about to have sex, we where in mid-motion and I cough and out it came. Ugh I was so disgusted at myself.
Do lots of pelvic floor exercises it really helps..and it helps it to not happen after having baby x
Yea its just like lil bit but comes out and yea my husband doesnt trip off of it. I think its my insecurity about it. I have no control over my bladder but Im sure Ill learn to embrace this pregnancy symptom. Thank you tho for the encouragement.
TRUST ME, just laugh about it...my boyfriend and i laugh sooo hard about it and me makes jokes sometimes but knows when to make them. He farted in the middle of us having sex and i laughed sooo hard at him and he felt soooo embarrassed...i said "its whatever, i pee my pants bc our kid is sitting on my bladder" and everytime we are in public and this happens we just laugh. i mean i pee just a little...
just practice your kegals...i try to and its helping..but trust me, try to laugh it off :P
