Also, you can find chiropractors who specialize in pregnancy care and pediatric care. I am very blessed to work for one, and he is my savior for all of my aching and pain.
I work for a chiropractor, so we practtice a lot of natural medicine in our home. Epsom salt baths will work wonders. There is naturally occurring magnesium which works to alleviate aches and pains. It is one of the best things you can do. I advise not filling the water up to your belly but allowing it to cover your legs and lady bits and lower back. Also magnesium is crucial for the repair and formation of tissues! (all the tissues you are making for you little one!) And the stretching of your own. I plan on taking my baths 3x/week for optimal benefits!
I got pulled off work because of my back :( I find a warm bath helps along with some Tylenol. A heating pad on your back also helps too!
My hubby puts a hot towel on my back it helps alot
Invest in a heating pad!! Thats what i did with my first and now again with my second. Dont put it on the highest setting. Try to stick to low or medium at night the bed will hold the heat. My doctor also said never to put it on your stomach. But it helps so much with back and hip pain
Yes, every so often in the same spot
I have back pains a lot, I usually take a Tylenol and stuff pillows under my body. They'll subside after you position yourself comfortably. Btw... I'm prego with twins, so double the discomfort and earlier pains

Wow very early in your stage of pregnancy. But you can apply some heat or your partner should give you a massage to help ease the pain. My husband gives me massages every time I do get them.
