I eat a chewable Fiber Choice every day you can get it at Walgreens or target cvs in the pharmacy section near the laxatives and gas meds and such. Start with a fourth of a pill then in a few days go to half and then up from there if needed. If you go from no pill to a whole one you will have terrible gas like all day all night can't stop farting lol. My OB recommended the fiber choice I use the orange flavor chewable yum! The website for fiber choice also lists them as safe in pregnancy.

As for dizziness this is really common in the second trimester i experienced it too. You need to pair carbs with protein when you eat so you have quick burning foods with slow long lasting foods (protein). Also you need to eat every few hours these two things will keep your blood sugar from spiking or dropping both of which can cause dizziness. You also need to drink a ridiculous amount of water pet day. 10 glasses approx 100oz of water per day which will help a ton. Lastly when you get up from laying down or sitting you need to go slow don't get up quickly. Take frequent breaks when walking a lot and sit down if you feel dizzy and put your head between your legs if you feel like you are going to faint. I also found when I felt that way chugging a large water helped a lot or eating a piece of fruit too. Feel better and Congrats on your pregnancy
