Ugh!!

I'm 15+6 and have been cramping pretty bad for three days with no discharge. Had a u/a to rule out a uti and it's clear.  The docs office isn't too worried because there's no discharge, but I'm stumped!  I kinda worry that my old c-section scar is not holding up to my uterine growth or something!! On top of the cramping I've been getting really dizzy and shaky!  Blah!! I'm so confused and worried :-(.  This is my second child but my boyfriends first and he's freaking out.  He wants to pretty much put me in a bubble!

I don't know, they said even if anything happens there is nothing they can do this early.

You shouldn't have pain that severe. Is there anyway your doctor can see you sooner than next week?

It's what I would relate as horrible period cramps . The pain runs down my legs and into my vaginal canal.

Is it centered around your c-section scar, or is it anywhere else?

It's been over two years since my c-section.  And I'm constantly shaky and dizzy.  The pain is enough I cant stand straight up and I have a high pain threshold.  I go in for an appointment in less than a week, I think that's why they're kinda giving it a."wait and see" approach.  They also said that there isn't anything to really do at this point except take it easy and drink fluids which I drink a ton of water (about 4 liters a day)

How long ago was your previous c-section? Usually the only time it becomes a concern is if you get pregnant too soon after. If you wait past the recommended year guidelines there are not many complications that occur. It's typical to get cramping while pregnant, due to the stretching of the uterus. Different people have different pain thresholds, but anything that is severe (can't walk straight, has you doubled over in pain, etc) or just doesn't seem right is enough to warrant being looked at by a doctor. If you are not satisfied by what your current doctor has said, ask a different one for a second opinion.

Is there anytime that you start to get dizzy and shaky? Do you ever have any other symptoms that come with it? Low blood sugar often causes dizziness and shakiness and can be remedied by eating/drinking something sweet. Orange juice, hard candies, etc are all excellent things to bring it up.
