I'm super constipated. Pushing hard to go to the bathroom won't hurt the baby will it?
Don't push too hard because as she said it may cause hemorrhoids which is another problem you don't need right now.
I used laxatives, and yes they are baby safe! I just got the xlax (dont think thats spelled right) and did the trick!
