Nausea and being tired.

Being 6 weeks has worn my body out and I'm always sick to my stomach. Does anyone know anything that will help me. This is my first and so far it's miserable.

I was super tired for a month around 8 weeks, but part of it was that laying down helped my nausea.  I spent a ton of time in bed. As far as energy, I felt a lot better when I kept snacking the whole day instead of eating meals or letting myself get too hungry. I'm back to a relatively normal sleeping schedule at 14 weeks.
