A little before bed I was getting sick first couple times so try taking them with plenty of water and with a cracker or two and it's actually best to take them all throughout your pregnancy and if you are breastfeeding! You and your baby needs them(:
I actually only took mine the first trimester because they made me so sick. So don't worry if you miss a day or two! Just make sure your diet is healthy and you're getting the nutrients and vitamins you need through your food(: malto meal has just about everything you need including iron and folic acid! (I loved eating that since I was also so naseaus in the morning) but I'd say mornings with breakfast is a good time to take them!
