Full moon tomorrow!?

Lol im due sept 1st and my mil was jokin about how my appt is tomorrow and its gonna be a full moon.  i would be very happy if she makes her grand entrance tomorrow

Yeah I was just reading about it and it said its kind of like how the moon controls the tide, since our bodies are mainly made of water and we are carrying extra water (amniotic fluid plus some water retention) it causes almost a similar effect as the pulling of the tide. During a full moon, the tide is a lot stronger so I'd say it seems possible! I mean, granted the full moon is known for being the reason people act a certain way or why some things happen but I've always had a soft spot in my heart for scientific things like this and hey, I'm hoping if it doesn't work for all of us that are about to pop that it at least works for some of us!! =]

I learned about the full moon during my astronomy class in college. More babies are born on a full moon than any other moon and apparently it has to deal with the magnetic currents and the gravitational pull that night. :)

I'm not due until the 31st but hey that full moon could work it's magic on me too!! Haha I'm so ready! I've had some cramping weird feelings today nothing I can time but at times it's just this full annoying feeling and other times its like a sharp stabbing for like 15 seconds and then it's gone, sometimes it's just in the front sometimes it goes all the way to my back so maybe the onset of the full moon is working for me!! Who knew?! Lol good luck for you ladies! Hope you get blessed to meet your babes soon!! Heck, I hope all of us August mommies left get there sooner rather than later!!! =]

I am due Saturday, but if the full moon threw me into labor tomorrow I would be one happy mama!

Yup my grandma told me the same thing lol I'm not sure some say women close to due date go to labor during full moon. I hope so lol

Lol my Gramma told me I'd probably have my son tomorrow because of the full moon . Currently over due also , was due the 15th . Lets hope it happens !!!

My due date is in 9 days!! For the longest time they thought I was going to have him early but here I am, almost 39 weeks and he's still comfortable. I'm hoping he comes soon though! I've been working crazy hours because its inventory time at Lowes.
