Is Gatorade okay to drink?

My doctor recommended it because of the electrolytes... because i have low blood pressure. I kept blacking out. So she suggested that.

Lol i hope Gatorade is done for the baby lmao i drink one or two everyday.. plus lots of milk i barly drink water and my baby is fine from what doctors are saying and my ultrasounds are fine

My doctor always tells me to mix it up and to drink water and Gatorade. Drinking a ton of water flushes away vitamins and other stuff you need.

I was told to get the zero Gatorade? I believe it's called. It's just got less sugars in it.

Its fine but water is definitely better! If you're lookin for electrolytes try smartwater!

Watch for the amount of sugar though.  There's a lot in one bottle. You could dilute it with water. My dr said it was fine to drink.

My doctor always tells me to drink Gatorade. Never said anything about it. He says 100% fruit juice, water, or Gatorade

They don't recommend it because it has electrolytes what you need for the baby its water lot of water
