Going camping

I am thirty six weeks into my pregnancy and throughout most of my pregnancy I have been very active by walking. So i thought I would be fine if we took my son who is turning 11 years old this weekend and who begged me to take him camping for his bday. Even though we are only going for one night now I'm scared that I might have contractions at the camp site. Any suggestions of what I should do? I ask this because I was 19 when I first had my first born and now 11 years later I'm having my 2nd one and I am much more aware of everything that is happening to my body. Please advise.

If your not having contractions or anything I would bet your completely ok. If it were for more than one night I would be a little more concerned.

I would ask your doctor if he/she thinks it's ok for you to go, they know how your pregnancy has been and should know better then us

When are you planning on going? My family is crazy and is known for taking risks like this. I mean my aunt was eight months pregnant and flew to Georgia

Well we are going 3 hours away from the hospital. I haven't had any complications with my pregnancy so I figured that I was going to be fine. But now reading upso many articles I am more concerned. I just want to ease my nerves.
