Bulging membranes?

I'm 40+5 and had a drs appointment today. He said I'm 3-4 cms and baby is super low and my membranes were bulging. I'm getting induced Monday if no baby by then. Anyone else experience this? How long after did you go into labor?

Mine were bulging for about a week then broken artificially to start labour x

Never experienced this so cant help much there. But if you have an exercise ball this is the time to be on it. Other exercises like walking and pelvic thrusts could possible break your water and get labor started for you :)
