Nickname Poll
My Fiance wants to name our son after his father, but we wont even be calling him by his name (they dont call his father by his name either) they actually call him Fred and its nothing like his actual name, it'll just go on the birth certificate. I would just like some opinions on these two nicknames.. and the spelling of the 2nd.

Anyway.....thanks Nickie :) & Kerriekab.....I really dont like Fil at ALL! & Filey sounds like a girls name....but I spelled it different because his full name would start with an F, anyway......Im hoping I can get him to change his mind altogether.

Well Fili will get shortened to Fil. And the spelling kinda didnt wanna make me say it like philly. I read it like Filey with a pronounced "I"
