Hair coloring!!

My hair dresser told me it's going to take 4-5 hours for my hair she keeps saying her dyes aren't too harsh. And my doctor was a little scared by how long it's going to take but is saying just make sure you're in a well ventilated area. Should I go through with it? Has anyone else done this?

I did it last week, it's fine so long as you're in a ventilated area.

I colored my hair last week. It was a semi-permanent color though. I used Adore hair color, it doesn't have a lot of the harsh chemicals like others.
