Does anybody else get nauseous when they take their prenatal vitamins? Im almost 11 weeks. I had the pills at first and I thought it was just those that make me nauseous but noe I have the gummies and those still make me nauseous. Any advice?

I tried everything first pregnancy before finding nature made prenat milti plis dha and omega 3 they are soft gel liquids very easy on tummy and much easier to digest :-) they've never made me slightest bit nauseous. Even Flintstones give me indigestion plus then you have to take two of those instead of one so your getting quit a bit more iron so then you may end up constipated. The nature made are also ranked in the top ten of prenatals and not very expensive. About 20$ for 3 month supply. :-)

I also started taking them right before going to sleep with a glass of milk. I tried many brands of prenatals. Sometimes some just don't sit well with you. Ask your Dr for samples of different brands and you can try them out. Hope you have better luck

Yes! I was extremely nauseous in the beginning when I'd take my pills.
But I switched to taking them at night before I went to bed and haven't had an issue with them since then.
Try that :)
