Need Sleep

Hi I am 13 weeks + 5 days and I do not sleep good at night at all. I toss and turn all night and only sleep a little at a time and then im up for a while. Anyone else have these problems? I sometimes take benadryl it helps me sleep but only a couple hours then im up.

Thank you guys!! I will ask my doctor if she recommends something. And yes it probably is natures way of readying us for the sleepless nights after the baby is here. Lol.

It's good practice for when baby gets here ;)
I seriously think our bodies are preparing us for when they come.  I gave birth 4 months ago and because I couldn't sleep at night, my body is use to not much sleep. A warm bath helped me... Also the scent of lavender is relaxing.  Put a couple drops of lavender oil on your pillow at night.

I 38 wks and sleep for me is a thing of the past. I wish I could get a full nights sleep. My midwife recommended I take Calms Forte, it helps you to sleep and completely harmless to baby. Also try Chamomile tea, it also helps to relax you.
