What is this sharp pain at 22 weeks???

I'm thinking about calling the drs office, but it's my son's 13th birthday party in a few hours and I really don't have time to go in. So hoping my good friends here on medhelp can help me out with this one. I'll be 23 weeks on wednesday. I had a cyst in my first trimester that hurt, but haven't had any problems since about 13 weeks. I assumed it went away.

Starting last night I am having this sharp pain down low and to the right feels like a cyst only maybe slightly lower. It's right between my hip bone and my pubic bone on my right side. It's a super sharp pain that was off and on, but almost constant hurting now. The baby is sitting really low since yesterday he's in a funny spot and kicking in that area. I'm also having bh more so than most days oh and probably unrealted, but my head is killing me.

Could I have another cyst? Or maybe the one I had didn't go away and now the baby is pushing on it? Suggestions, advice, anything?? It really hurts and like I said I don't have the time to go to the dr this afternoon I am going nuts trying to get ready for this party.

Thanks Michele, I did end up calling them and it was kind of a disaster. I put up a journal about it. Have an appointment here in an hour. I'm didn't get any replies yesterday because this got burried under all the could I be pregnant posts ;-)

Geez girl, I wish I could help.  Any funny pains/discharge that don't go away w/ rest, I call my doc.  If this doesn't go away by morning, I'd be makin that call.  I hope you are feeling better :)
Might also want to try taking a warm bath and laying on your side w/ a pillow between your legs...

One more thought since I just ran to the bathroom. TMI alert- I have increased cm today with a slightly yellow tinge to it. Maybe it's an infection?? Ugh so clueless.
