Feel swollen in my vag? No intercourse though.

I'm 33W I went to the hospital today because of having ALOT of pressure down there I feel like I'm sitting on something. Well Dr said I'm not dialated but when he checked me he said he could feel the baby's head next to my cervix so the baby's in position. He also said I'm having contractions , BUT I dont feel them!? I just have lower back and hip pain and ALOT of pressure on my vagina! It feels swollen like if I had some extremely rough sex but I haven't had sex in close to a month because it was just painful to me and I wasn't even interested :(
I also feel like I have to pee all the time. And when I do go to the bathroom I pee like a teaspoon but I still drip a little but feel like I still have alot thats gonna come. But when I force nothing comes out!!!?
I did not experience this with my daughter , is it normal ? Should I be worried?

I have all of this... and im a day overdue. Think its because baby is engaged. Maybe express your concern to your midwife so they can keep a close eye on you if u feel concerned? They should reassure you

I really do believe he's gonna come early , I'm due July 16th but I think he's gonna come at the end of June or first few days of July. Its not ad painful today but I do get really sharp pains coming and going down there.

Ugh, pregnancy is so hard.  Your baby is positioned in such a way to give you lots of discomfort.  I had what you describe but I was a bit further along.  Do they think you are going to have the baby early?  I would try not to worry.  Just keep baby in there as long as possible and rest.  It's hard when you have another child but do your best.  I wouldn't be worried but alert.  Let us know how it goes!!
