Throwing up

I'm 2 months pregnant and I'm not showing but everytime I lay on my stomach to go to sleep I seem to always throw up! What's going on with my body? Should I be worried or not?

It's  most likely morning sickness. But try not to lay on your stomach which is probably a huge part of your problem. Get use to laying on your side which you'll have to do as you get bigger.

Try to dont lay down completely...it used to happen to me so i never did completely i was a little bit tired  but i helped me so much

If it's only when you lay down and you feel fine otherwise it's probably just acid reflux!
