Kegels??
Have any of y'all already moms actually done the kegel excersises? Did it seem like it helped labor go easy or what did it help with? And how often did you do them?
Yeah I can't ever remember to do them during sex lol. But the past week I've been trying to do them throughout the day, it's just not something I think about doing on a regular basis. Lol
My doctor suggested them during sex, but I couldn't focus on doing them during sex lol so Idk. I'm 38 weeks today though and feel its a bit late in the game to start trying
