I'm 39+2 and all weekend or since Saturday I have been loosing my mucus plug, and I noticed that after I'm done wiping all the nasty boogery stuff away or even when I don't have it and I sip the toilet paper is still kind of brown is this nornal? I feel kinda dumb because I don't wanna go to L&D just to be sent home, so I am having the on call doc call me since the doc office is closed for the holiday.

I just have back pain no contractions that are consistant and just lower belly pain which I.believe is normal. My doc called and said it sounds like the beginning of my bloody show and to start preparing for a baby soon!! I'm so excited but nervous now too! FTM here!

If your having contractions constantly or cramping or in pain i say go to l&d. Some have there mucus plug come out and wont go into labor soon but your in your last days.
